"I feel extremely excited  to be a part of the first edition of the Open Piano Competition next year. The idea that all who love and appreciate piano music can share their passion and skills in an inspiring and friendly environment with like-minded public is very inspirational. Music should be open to all and that is what makes The Open Piano Competition different from anything we have ever come across before in a competitions’ world and it is extremely liberating. I look forward to offering my help as a judge and to discovering the new talents during what shapes up to be one of the most exciting forthcoming musical events of 2012!

I would like to wish the best of luck to all the applicants and I look forward to seeing  you all in October!"
